Fairview-Caseyville Township Fire Protection District has the legal responsibility for fire protection. They contract to the Fairview Volunteer Fire Fighters, Inc. for fire protection on a yearly basis.

The Fairview-Caseyville Township Fire Protection District is comprised of three District Board Members. President Steve Burrow, Secretary Richard Klucker, and Treasurer Steve Bausano.
